I write a lot of fic. I've put off making a masterlist because I am constantly writing something, and sometimes that productivity has meant there's more fic than personal stuff in my journal. So there was the Physician Retreat last night, where I got fed and then bored to tears before I was allowed to go home. I did wind up venting about the stupid EMR update to just about everyone. Off and on for the past week and a half, Jay had problems with his computer. So that reminded me last week that I should back up files on my desktop and netbook. The desktop was easy to back up, actually. The netbook is a bit harder, since Tosh has become my primary machine for ficcing and dl'ing fanmixes and such. The weekend was nice. It involved a lot of playing stuff with Maddy, hanging out and taking walks that tired me out way more than it should have. I think I spent close to two hours last night going through fics because LJ's Inception awards went live and I wanted to vote for stuff. I got nominated for a bunch of stories, notably for het fics and smut. No surprise there, lol. The part that surprised me was seeing that I got a nod for slash smut.
